NeuroBit64 Organ Monitor

Heart, pancreas and kidney variants of the NeuroBit64 chip. The simulated chip runs the same integer arithmetic as the Verilog design.

Mean membrane potential of the 1000 cells (mV)

Spikes per report (16 ms)

Raster: which cell fired (simulated chip only)

Each dot is one cell event; cell 0 at the top. This is the bit stream on the chip's SDO pin.

Hardware. The chip sends a 19-byte frame (A5 5A, 16 bytes, checksum) on its UART pin at 115.9 kbaud every 16 ms. Wire that pin to a Bluetooth serial module (HM-10 or a Nordic-UART module) or to a USB serial cable, then choose the source above. Bluetooth needs Chrome or Edge on Android, Windows or macOS; the serial port needs Chrome or Edge on a PC. No chip has been fabricated: until one exists, only the simulated source produces data. This is a research model, not a medical device.
