NeuroBit64 Body Monitor

Three NeuroBit64-S brain chips and the heart, pancreas and kidney chips running together. Chips are the integer models of the Verilog designs.

Connections

Brain: 3 x NeuroBit64-S192 neurons Heart chip- Pancreas chip- Kidney chip- drivedrivedrive heart rate sets the kidney perfusion pressure glucose

Brain -

Spikes of the three brain chips per report.

Heart -

Mean membrane potential of 1000 myocytes (mV).

Pancreas -

Glucose (dark) and the value read from the cells (light), mg/dL.

Kidney -

Total filtration (dark, %) and renin level (light, %).

Anomaly score (0 = inside the healthy range, 1 = far outside)

Event log

What is real here. The six chips are the same integer models that were compared bit by bit with the Verilog designs. The connections between the organs (heart rate to kidney pressure, the glucose balance fed by meals, insulin and glucagon) and the healthy ranges are simple rules of this app; they are not validated physiology. The detector combines the flags raised by the chips, values outside the healthy range of this model, and four patterns across organs. “Connect a chip” takes the reports of a real chip from a serial port or a Bluetooth serial module in place of the simulated one; no chip has been fabricated yet, so this path is untested. Research model, not a medical device.
